Claims (24)
1. Композиция чернил, подходящая для цифровой литографской печати переменных данных, содержащая:
базовый состав акрилатных чернил; и
водный раствор, диспергированный в базовом составе акрилатных чернил в виде обратной эмульсии.
2. Композиция чернил по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что базовый состав акрилатных чернил содержит:
компонент цветного пигмента; и
по меньшей мере один из акрилатного мономера, олигомера или полимера, или их смесь.
3. Композиция чернил по п. 2, отличающаяся тем, что базовый состав акрилатных чернил дополнительно содержит:
агент для модификации реологии; и
стабилизирующий агент.
4. Композиция чернил по п. 3, дополнительно содержащая по меньшей мере один компонент фотоинициатора.
5. Композиция чернил по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что водный раствор содержит воду и поверхностно-активное вещество.
6. Способ получения композиции чернил для применения в цифровой печати, включающий:
получение базового состава акрилатных чернил; и
диспергироване водного раствора в базовом составе акрилатных чернил в виде обратной эмульсии.
7. Способ по п. 6, отличающийся тем, что базовый состав акрилатных чернил получен смешиванием компонента цветного пигмента с по меньшей мере одним из акрилатного мономера, олигомера или полимера или их смесью.
8. Способ по п. 7, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере один из акрилатного мономера, олигомера или полимера или их смесь составляет непрерывную фазу, и водный раствор диспергирован в непрерывной фазе в виде эмульгированной жидкости.
9. Способ по п. 7, отличающийся тем, что базовый состав акрилатных чернил дополнительно получен путем введения в базовый состав акрилатных чернил по меньшей мере одного агента для модификации реологии и стабилизирующего агента.
10. Способ печати с применением устройства для цифровой литографской печати переменных данных, включающий:
нанесение композиции обратно-эмульсионных чернил на многоразовую поверхность формирующего изображение элемента;
испарение воды из композиции обратно-эмульсионных чернил, нанесенной на многоразовую поверхность формирующего изображение элемента; и
перенос композиции обратно-эмульсионных чернил с многоразовой поверхности формирующего изображение элемента на субстрат приема изображения,
где композиция обратно-эмульсионный чернил содержит:
базовый состав акрилатных чернил, содержащий компонент цветного пигмента и по меньшей мере один из акрилатного мономера, олигомера или полимера или их смесь, и
водный раствор, диспергированный в базовом составе акрилатных чернил в виде обратной эмульсии.
