Многофункциональная система спутниковой связи, включающая орбитальную группировку космических аппаратов (КА) на геостационарной (ГСО) и высокоэллиптической (ВЭО) орбитах, отличающаяся тем, что в ее состав входят центр управления полетом, центр управления мобильной связью, центр управления фиксированной связью, базовые земные станции для организации связи и обеспечения сопряжения с внешними сетями и наземные средства потребителей подвижной и фиксированной связи, и блок цифровой обработки сигналов.1.
