Устройство выдачи жидкости, содержащее:баллон, содержащий внутренний контейнер и наружный контейнер, при этом внутренний контейнер заполнен жидкостью;клапан, выполненный с возможностью перекрывания потока из внутреннего контейнера;ручное выдачное устройство, имеющее зону обнаружения и зону активации; а такжеканал, соединяющий клапан и ручное выдачное устройство;при этом при эксплуатации, если активирована как зона обнаружения, так и зона активации, клапан открывается, и происходит выдача жидкости при активации зоны активации.2. Устройство по п. 1, в котором баллон представляет собой контейнер в баллоне контейнерного типа.3. Устройство по п. 1, в котором клапан представляет собой запорный клапан.4. Устройство по п. 1, дополнительно содержащее блок питания для подачи вытесняющей среды в баллон.5. Устройство по п. 4, в котором блок питания дополнительно подает электропитание на клапан.6. A liquid dispensing device, comprising: a cylinder containing an inner container and an outer container, wherein the inner container is filled with liquid; a valve configured to shut off flow from the inner container; a manual dispensing device having a detection zone and an activation zone; as well as the channel connecting the valve and the manual dispenser; during operation, if both the detection zone and the activation zone are activated, the valve opens and liquid is dispensed when the activation zone is activated. 2. The device according to claim 1, wherein the container is a container in a container type container. The device according to claim 1, wherein the valve is a check valve. The device according to claim 1, further comprising a power supply for supplying a displacing medium to the cylinder. 5. The device according to claim 4, in which the power supply additionally supplies power to the valve.
