Abstract
Съемный резекционный протез верхней челюсти с миогимнастическим элементом, состоящий из: съемного, индивидуального, заменяемого миогимнастического элемента, представляющего собой ортодонтическую проволоку различного сечения, изогнутую для каждого пациента индивидуально, и со скользящей по ней многогранной бусинкой варьируемого диаметра; фиксирующей части, в которую входят фиксирующая пластинка и система кламмерной фиксации на оставшиеся зубы; и резекционной части, которая напрямую контактирует с оставшимися тканями верхней челюсти и формирует протезное ложе для постоянного протеза; фиксацию осуществляют в слепые каналы базиса протеза путем напряжения проволочного элемента.A removable resection prosthesis of the upper jaw with a myogymnastic element, consisting of: a removable, individual, replaceable myogymnastic element, which is an orthodontic wire of various sections, individually curved for each patient, and with a multifaceted bead of varying diameter sliding on it; the fixing part, which includes the fixing plate and the clamping system on the remaining teeth; and the resection part, which is in direct contact with the remaining tissues of the upper jaw and forms a prosthetic bed for a permanent prosthesis; fixation is carried out in the blind channels of the prosthesis basis by tension of the wire element.
