Устройство для гидрокрекинга нефтесодержащего сырья, включающее реактор для осуществления реакции гидрирования сырья, состоящий из соплового аппарата и эвапоратора, служащего для выделения продуктов реакции гидрирования, причем сопловой аппарат соединен с сырьевой линией и водородной магистралью, а эвапоратор оборудован, по меньшей мере, одним продуктовым выходом, отличающееся тем, что сопловой аппарат представлен, по меньшей мере, двумя соплами-кавитаторами, установленными оппозитно в эвапораторе, причем каждое сопло-кавитатор соединено с сырьевой линией и сообщено с водородной магистралью, а эвапоратор выполнен с обогреваемой внутренней полостью и оборудован аварийным трактом, предназначенным для снятия избыточного давления.A device for the hydrocracking of oil-containing raw materials, including a reactor for carrying out a hydrogenation reaction of raw materials, consisting of a nozzle apparatus and an evaporation apparatus for separating the products of the hydrogenation reaction, the nozzle apparatus being connected to the feed line and a hydrogen line, and the evaporation apparatus is equipped with at least one product outlet characterized in that the nozzle apparatus is represented by at least two cavitator nozzles mounted oppositely in the evaporator, each nozzle cavitator being connected ineno with a raw line and communicated with the hydrogen line, and the evaporator is made with a heated internal cavity and is equipped with an emergency path designed to relieve excess pressure.
