Abstract
Устройство определения уровня криогенной жидкости, состоящее из датчика, установленного в емкости, и регистратора, отличающееся тем, что датчик выполнен из тонкостенной диэлектрической пластины высотой H=H+H, где H- высота рабочей зоны датчика, Н- высота монтажной зоны датчика, установленной вертикально на основании емкости, на которой расположены N≥3 измерительных блоков со входами для соединения с блоком питания, покрытых тонким слоем электроизоляционного материала с высоким коэффициентом теплопередачи, при этом каждый измерительный блок содержит М последовательно соединенных чувствительных элементов одинакового сопротивления, выполненных из материала, имеющего высокую терморезисторную чувствительность в области криогенных температур, и располагающихся на расстоянии h*(N(m-1)+n) от нижнего края диэлектрической пластины, где h=H/(M*N+1) - шаг измерения, n=1…N, m=1…М, и дополнительно введен блок анализа, N входов которого соединены с соответствующими выходами датчика, а выход блока анализа соединен с входом регистратора.A device for determining the level of cryogenic liquid, consisting of a sensor installed in the tank and a recorder, characterized in that the sensor is made of a thin-walled dielectric plate with a height H = H + H, where H is the height of the sensor’s working area, H is the height of the sensor’s mounting area installed vertically on the basis of the capacitance on which N≥3 measuring units are located with inputs for connecting to a power supply, covered with a thin layer of electrical insulation material with a high heat transfer coefficient, with each measuring unit ok contains M series-connected sensitive elements of the same resistance, made of a material having a high thermistor sensitivity in the region of cryogenic temperatures and located at a distance h * (N (m-1) + n) from the lower edge of the dielectric plate, where h = H / (M * N + 1) is the measurement step, n = 1 ...
