Abstract
1. Способ получения гранулированного минерального удобрения, включающий разложение апатита азотной кислотой, вымораживание нитрата кальция в непрерывном режиме в кристаллизаторах с выносным теплообменником, отделение кристаллов тетрагидрата нитрата кальция фильтрованием, переработку их в аммиачную селитру и мел, переработку маточного раствора в гранулированное минеральное удобрение, отличающийся тем, что с целью увеличения производительности фильтрации на стадии выделения нитрата кальция выводят из азотнокислотной вытяжки часть кристаллов нитрата стронция и нерастворимого остатка в виде стронциевого концентрата, при этом количество выводимого нитрата стронция составляет 20-60% от содержащегося в азотнокислотной вытяжке.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что выведенные со стронциевым концентратом кристаллы нитрата стронция обрабатывают водой с последующим отделением методом отстоя полученного раствора нитрата стронция от нерастворимого остатка и направлением на стадию кристаллизации нитрата кальция или в производство удобрений методом приллирования, а сгущенную часть, содержащую нерастворимый остаток, добавляют к маточному раствору после кристаллизации нитрата кальция.3. Способ по любому из пп.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что концентрация нитрата стронция в растворе после добавления воды к стронциевому концентрату должна составлять 400-530 г/дм.4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что выведенный стронциевый концентрат добавляют к маточному раствору и направляют в производство сложных минеральных удобрений методом гранулирования в аппаратах БГС.1.
