Функциональный пищевой ингредиент с заданным липидным профилем, содержащий рыбный жир и природный антиоксидант, отличающийся тем, что берут рыбный жир с суммарным содержанием полиненасыщенных жирных кислот не менее 25%, при этом из них сумма эйкозапентаеновой и докозагексаеновой кислот не менее 5%, соотношение омега-6 и омега-3 соответственно 3-5:1, при этом рыбный жир получен из жирового сырья африканского сома Clarias Gariepinus, выращенного в условиях аквакультуры, перекисное число при выработке ингредиента не превышает 1,6 ммоль 1/2 O2/кг, а в качестве природного антиоксиданта берут смесь натуральных токоферолов в комбинации с растительным маслом, взятых в соотношении 2,3-2,5:1, в количестве 0,02-0,05% к массе рыбного жира.
