1. A well according to claim 1, comprising at least two independent pressure control units at or near the seabed. A method for creating multiple well entry means connecting the surface with subterranean formations, comprising the following stages: performing drilling, completion, operation, maintenance or logging operations; and using multiple independent well control units associated with the well and each having at least one well entry path substantially at or near the surface of the well.
