Способ получения олигомеров высших α-олефинов взаимодействием линейных α-олефинов C6-C14 с катализатором на основе цеолита структурного типа FAU, отличающийся тем, что в качестве катализатора используют гранулированный без связующих веществ цеолит Y-БС в Н-форме, подвергнутый термопаровой обработке и последующему ионному обмену, и реакцию проводят при массовом содержании катализатора 10-30% по отношению к α-олефину и 130-200°С.
