Claims (2)

1. Устройство газодинамического напыления порошковых материалов, содержащее источник сжатого газа, дозатор порошка, блок напыления, выполненный в виде переносного ручного инструмента с дистанционным управлением и состоящий из сверхзвукового сопла и жестко связанного с ним нагревателя газа, выполненного в виде металлического корпуса с размещенным внутри электротеплоизолятором со сквозными параллельными пневмоканалами и встроенными в них нагревательными элементами, а также пневмопроводы, запорную арматуру и блок управления и контроля напыления, связанные между собой гибкими пневмоэлектропроводами, отличающееся тем, что нагреватель газа установлен соосно сверхзвуковому соплу, при этом электротеплоизолятор нагревателя газа выполнен из внутреннего и внешнего коаксиально установленных один в другом цилиндров, по периферии внутреннего цилиндра выполнены пневмоканалы в виде пазов, а через центральный сквозной канал проходит пневмопровод подачи порошка от дозатора к сверхзвуковому соплу, причем внутренний и внешний цилиндры электротеплоизолятора нагревателя газа выполнены из любого термостойкого материала с электротеплоизоляционным покрытием на поверхностях, ограничивающих пневмоканалы.1.
