Топливный элемент для портативного радиоэлектронного оборудования, содержащий корпус с размещенными в нем жидкостным каталитически активным анодом, воздушным каталитически активным гидрофобным газодиффузионным катодом, жидкой спиртово-щелочной смесью, заполняющей внутреннюю полость корпуса и разделяющей анод и катод, при этом гидрофобная поверхность катода обращена к воздуху, отличающийся тем, что поверхность катода, обращенная к спиртово-щелочной смеси, покрыта слоем полимера, обладающего проводимостью по ионам ОН-, а в качестве катодного катализатора используется не платиновый катализатор, толерантный по отношению к спирту.1.
