Claims (1)

Способ замещения хорд атриовентрикулярных клапанов сердца, включающий помещение имплантируемой створки клапана сердца с хордальным аппаратом в позицию пораженной створки, отличающийся тем, что для операции используют только часть створки с папиллярной мышцей, обшитой синтетической тканью, которую выводят через надсечку в стенке желудочка на его наружную поверхность, а часть протезируемой створки фиксируют непосредственно к дефекту створки клапана пациента и после выполнения гидродинамической пробы синтетический материал фиксируют швами на наружной поверхности сердца с одновременным ушиванием сквозной надсечки в стенке желудочка.A method for replacing the chords of atrioventricular valves of the heart, comprising placing the implantable valve leaf of the heart valve with the chordal apparatus in the position of the affected leaflet, characterized in that only part of the leaflet with papillary muscle lined with synthetic tissue that is removed through an notch in the wall of the ventricle to its outer surface is used for surgery , and part of the prosthetic leaflet is fixed directly to the defect of the patient valve leaflet and after performing a hydrodynamic test, the synthetic material is fixed stitching on the outer surface of the heart while suturing through the notch in the ventricular wall.
