Abstract

Изобретение относитс  к технологии исправлени  литейных дефектов типа пор корпусных отливок и деталей, в частности к способу пропитки отливок. В контейнер 3 укладывают отливки и размещают контейнер в пресс-форму 1 машины лить  под давлением марки 711А07. Через горловину 7 контейнер заполн ют материалом пропитки - композицией ПК-80 Т201-2-725-84. Перемещением поршн  12 в камере прессовани  11 вправо до фиксированного положени  1 создают разр жение 350 мм рт.ст. и осуществл ют выдержку 5-6 мин. Далее поршень 12 перемешивают в положение П, сообща  полость камеры прессовани  с атмосферой , и заливают в нее буферную жидкость - парафино-стеариновую массу ПС50 через заливочное окно 13. Рабочим ходом поршн  12 пропитывающую жидкость с отливками нагружают давлением до 2,5 МПаи выдерживают давление 1,5-2 мин дл  пропитки отливок. Давление снимают путем отвода поршн  12, размыкают пресс-форму и извлекают контейнер с отливками. 2 з.п. ф-лы, 2 табл, 2 ил.
