Abstract

The invention relates to a water ejector, designed to create vacuum - on starting -and maintain it during operation - for steam turbine condensers. The water ejector body, according to the invention, has an inner bundle of tubes through which circulates water and between which circulates the mixture of air and aspirated steam; the bundle is placed between two tubular plates, one fastened to the body, the other mobile, with a mobile head. The mobile head ends with a multiple jet nozzle with several flowing orifices on this side, while the ejector body ends with a diffuser opposite to the water entry chamber inside the tube bundle.
