Claims (14)

  1. REIVINDICAÇÕES: 1 - Sistema de insonorização destinado a ser utilizado no interior de um recinto compreendendo uma camada exterior (3, 10) que proporciona um aspecto plano e estético do sistema e um material absorvente (5, 12) de fraca densidade, caracterizado pelo facto de possuir uma camada amortecedora (4) feita de material viscoso e elástico, de elevada densidade, colocado entre a camada exterior (3, 10) e o material absorvente (5, 12).
  2. 2 - Sistema de insonorização de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo facto de a camada amortecedora (4) ser uma folha feita de betume, com carga mineral e borracha natural. g
  3. 3 - Sistema de insonorização de acordo com uma das reivindicações 1 e 2, caracterizado pelo facto de a massa por unidade de área da camada amortecedora (4) estar compreendida entre 5 kg/m e 15 kg/m e a espessura da camada amortecedora estar compreendida entre 2,5 mm e 7,5 mm.
  4. 4 - Sistema de insonorização de acordo com uma das reivindicações 1 a 3, caracterizado pelo facto de o material absorvente (5, 12) ser uma espuma isolante de poliuretano expandido.
  5. 5 - Sistema de insonorização de acordo com uma das reivindicações 1 a 4, caracterizado pelo facto de a massa ο
    volumica do material absorvente (5, 12) ser igual a 30 g/1 e a sua espessura ser igual a 28 mm.
  6. 6 - Sistema de insonorização de acordo com uma das reivindicações 1 a 3, caracterizado pelo facto de o referido material absorvente ser uma espuma isolante, feita de fibra natural, moida, recalibrada e com face recoberta com uma camada de tecido não urdido de fibra natural.
  7. 7 - Sistema de insonorização de acordo com uma das reivindicações 1 a 3, caracterizado pelo facto de o material absorvente (5, 12) ser uma espuma flexivel à base de resina de melamina e a sua massa volumica ser igual a 50 g/1.
  8. 8 - Sistema de insonorização de acordo com uma das reivindicações 1 a 7, caracterizado pelo facto de a camada amortecedora (4) ser aumentada com uma folha de alumínio (6), e uma pelicula plastificada, de preferencia de poliuretano, ser fixada sobre a camada absorvente (5, 12) do lado da parede.
  9. 9 - Sistema de insonorização de acordo com uma das reivindicações 1 a 8, caracterizado pelo facto de a camada exterior (3, 10) compreender, na sua periferia, meios de encaixe (7, 8), que tem a forma de linguetas (7) e de ranhuras (8) feitas na camada exterior (3, 10) e encaixáveis umas nas outras.
  10. 10 - Sistema de insonorização de acordo com uma das reivindicações 1 a 9, caracterizado pelo facto de a camâda exterior (10) e a camada amortecedora (4) serem apoiadas em calços (11), sendo os referidos calços de apoio (11) produzidos de preferencia de fibras de coco comprimidas ou de cortiça.
  11. 11 - Sistema de insonorização de acordo com a reivindicação 10, caracterizado pelo facto de o espaço vazio (14) situado por baixo de camada amortecedora (4), entre os calços de apoio, ser preenchido parcialmente com o material absorvente (12). a
  12. 12 - Sistema de insonorização de acordo com qualquer das reivindicações 10 a 11, caracterizado pelo facto de o material absorvente (12) ser um feltro têxtil ou um feltro de fibras naturais de coco pré-comprimidas ou cortiça.
  13. 13 - Dispositivo de fixação para fixar numa parede (2) o sistema de insonorização de acordo com qualquer das reivindicações 1 a 12, caracterizado pelo facto de o mencionado dispositivo (15) compreender uma presilha (22) aberta no meio (16) a fim de formar uma corrediça de fraca condutibilidade do som em que uma (18) das extremidades (18, 19) possui um recesso (17) para permitir a fixação na parede (2) e a outra extremidade possui um meio de enganchamento (19, 20) para fixação na camada exterior (3) do sistema de insonorização. 14a - Dispositivo de fixação de acordo com a reivindicação 13, caracterizado pelo facto de a presilha (22) ter a forma de um arco de circulo e o recesso (17) ser colocado numa altura superior em relação ao meio de enganchamento (19, 20) tendo em vista facilitar a fixação na parede (2). a
  14. 15 - Dispositivo de fixação de acordo com uma das reivindicações 13 e 14, caracterizado pelo facto de o meio de enganchamento (19, 20) ter a forma de um encaixe fêmea (19) para montagem sobre a lingueta (7) da superfície exterior (3) ou sob a forma de um encaixe-macho (20) para instalação na ranhura (8) da superfície exterior (3). ,/ί’ 16a - Dispositivo de fixação de acordo com qualquer das reivindicações2 13 a 15, caracterizado pelo facto de o recesso (17) ser fixado por cavilha na parede (2) e ser isolado da cavilha por um bloco cilíndrico feito de borracha natural ou de materiais sintéticos apropriados para o isolamento iónico.
