Abstract

Przedmiotem rozwiązania jest układ napędowy, akumulatorowo-sieciowy, przeznaczony do zasilania minikoparki, mający zastosowanie zwłaszcza podczas pracy minikoparki w strefach tzw. cichej pracy oraz w strefach czystego transportu. Układ składa się z panelu sterowania (1) połączonego z włącznikiem (2) oraz wyłącznikiem różnicowo-nadprądowym (3), połączonym z czujnikiem kolejności faz (4), a następnie poprzez stycznik (5) z inwerterem (6), zasilającym układ oraz ładującym akumulatory (13), przy czym pomiędzy akumulatorami (13), a inwerterem (6) usytuowany jest wyłącznik (12), z inwertera (6) napięcie doprowadzane jest do wyłącznika różnicowo-nadprądowego (7), a następnie do stycznika (8), połączonego z wyłącznikiem zasilania (24) oraz ze stycznikiem (5), przy czym stycznik (8) połączony jest ze stycznikiem wysokoprądowym (9), przeznaczonym do odcięcia zasilania silnika (11), a następnie ze stycznika (9) napięcie przekazywane jest na zmiennik częstotliwości (10), połączony z czujnikiem ciśnienia (22) pompy oleju, który poprzez regulacje ciśnienia oleju reguluje prędkość obrotową i moc silnika (11), jednocześnie stycznik (8) połączony jest z regulatorem temperatury (14), który steruje wentylatorami (15) oraz połączony jest z zasilaczem stabilizowanym (16), który przekształca napięcie 230 V z jednej fazy, na napięcie stałe 12 V i jest połączony z wyjściem zasilania (17) oraz z odbiornikiem radiowym (18) sterującym przekaźnikiem (19), oświetleniem (20), sygnałem dźwiękowym (21) oraz czujnikiem ciśnienia oleju (22), zaś przekaźnik (19) połączony jest ze stycznikiem wysokoprądowym (9), odcinającym zasilanie zmiennika częstotliwości (10) i silnika (11), bez utraty zasilania i wyłączania odbiornika radiowego (18) i elementów chłodzenia — regulatora temperatury (14) i wentylatora (15), stycznik wysokoprądowy (9), połączony jest i sterowany za pomocą włącznika (23), który odcina obwód cewki stycznika (9), zabezpieczając układ przed niepowołanym uruchomieniem.The subject of the solution is a battery-mains drive system designed to power a mini-excavator, especially applicable when operating a mini-excavator in so-called quiet operation zones and in clean transport zones. The system consists of a control panel (1) connected to a switch (2) and a differential circuit breaker (3), connected to a phase sequence sensor (4), and then through a contactor (5) to an inverter (6), which supplies the system and charges the batteries (13), while a switch (12) is located between the batteries (13) and the inverter (6), the voltage is supplied from the inverter (6) to the differential circuit breaker (7), and then to a contactor (8), connected to a power switch (24) and to a contactor (5), while the contactor (8) is connected to a high-current contactor (9), intended to cut off the power supply to the engine (11), and then the voltage is transferred from the contactor (9) to a frequency converter (10), connected to a pressure sensor (22) of the oil pump, which regulates the rotational speed and power of the engine (11) by regulating the oil pressure, while the contactor (8) is connected to a high-current contactor (9) to a high-current contactor (9), connected to a pressure sensor (22) of the oil pump, which regulates the rotational speed and power of the engine (11) by regulating the oil pressure, and at the same time the contactor (8) is connected to a high-current contactor (9), ... is with a temperature controller (14) which controls the fans (15) and is connected to a stabilized power supply (16) which converts the voltage of 230 V from one phase to a direct voltage of 12 V and is connected to the power supply output (17) and to a radio receiver (18) controlling the relay (19), lighting (20), sound signal (21) and oil pressure sensor (22), and the relay (19) is connected to a high-current contactor (9) which cuts off the power supply to the frequency converter (10) and the engine (11), without losing power and switching off the radio receiver (18) and the cooling elements - the temperature controller (14) and the fan (15), the high-current contactor (9) is connected to and controlled by means of a switch (23) which cuts off the circuit of the contactor coil (9), protecting the system against unauthorised start-up.
