Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest realizowany komputerowo sposób przetwarzania danych biomarkera oddechu na sygnał informujący o konieczności przyjęcia leku przez pacjenta, według zgłoszenia cechuje się tym, że do przetwarzania oprócz danych biomarkera oddechu wykorzystuje się dane o: temperaturze pacjenta, temperaturze otoczenia, porze dnia, zaś do przetwarzania stosuje się sieć neuronową wytrenowaną z wykorzystaniem danych tego pacjenta. Zgłoszenie obejmuje również urządzenie przenośne do analizy zawartości analitu i stężenia biomarkera, przystosowane do realizacji sposobu według zgłoszenia oraz produkt programu komputerowego zawierający ciąg instrukcji dla przenośnego urządzenia do analizy zawartości analitu i stężenia biomarkera, który cechuje się tym, że uruchomiony na urządzeniu według zgłoszenia realizuje sposób według zgłoszenia.The subject of the application is a computer-implemented method of processing respiratory biomarker data into a signal informing about the need to take a drug by the patient; according to the application, it is characterized by the fact that, in addition to the respiratory biomarker data, data about: the patient's temperature, ambient temperature, time of day are used for processing, and for processing a neural network trained using this patient's data is used. The application also covers a portable device for analyzing the analyte content and biomarker concentration, adapted to implement the method according to the application, and a computer program product containing a sequence of instructions for a portable device for analyzing the analyte content and biomarker concentration, which is characterized by the fact that when run on the device according to the application, it performs the method according to notification.
