Abstract
Termoseparator cyklonowy zawierający cylindryczną głowicę połączoną rozłącznie z częścią cylindryczno-stożkową, która w swej dolnej części stanowi cylinder, przy czym w ścianie bocznej głowicy umieszczony jest króciec wlotowy, zaś w jej górnej ścianie, usytuowany jest centralnie króciec wylotowy zaopatrzony w wymienną dyszę, natomiast dolna część cylindryczna części stożkowej jest połączona rozłącznie z wymienną dyszą wylewową, charakteryzuje się tym, że część cylindryczno-stożkowa (2), co najmniej częściowo jest osadzona w przewodzie (12) transportującym czynnik chłodzący, a wewnątrz separatora umieszczona jest wężownica (3) połączona z króćcem wlotowym czynnika chłodzącego wężownicy (10) z jednego końca uzwojenia, a króćcem wylotowym czynnika chłodzącego wężownicy (7) z drugiego końca uzwojenia. Przy czym otwór wlotowy króćca wlotowego czynnika chłodzącego wężownicy (10) oraz otwór wylotowy króćca wylotowego czynnika chłodzącego wężownicy (7) znajdują się na zewnątrz separatora. Ponadto wężownica (3) uformowana jest w kształcie stożka, zwężającego się ku wymiennej dyszy (1), zaś króciec wlotu czynnika do wężownicy (10) jest połączony pionową rurką (11) z najniższym zwojem wężownicy (3).Cyclone thermoseparator containing a cylindrical head detachably connected to the cylindrical-conical part, which in its lower part is a cylinder, with an inlet connector located in the side wall of the head, and in its upper wall there is a centrally located outlet connector equipped with a replaceable nozzle, while the lower the cylindrical part of the conical part is detachably connected to the replaceable pouring nozzle, it is characterized by the fact that the cylindrical-conical part (2) is at least partially embedded in the conduit (12) transporting the cooling medium, and inside the separator there is a coil (3) connected to the coil coolant inlet port (10) from one end of the winding, and the coil coolant outlet port (7) from the other end of the winding. The inlet opening of the cooling medium inlet stub of the coil (10) and the outlet opening of the outlet fitting of the cooling medium of the coil (7) are located outside the separator. Moreover, the coil (3) is formed in the shape of a cone, narrowing towards the replaceable nozzle (1), and the medium inlet stub to the coil (10) is connected with a vertical tube (11) to the lowest coil of the coil (3).
