Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania preparatu wzmacniającego strukturę włosa, zawierającego aminokwasy. Sposób polega na tym, że larwy owadów i owady, takie jak mącznik młynarek Tenebrio molitor, chrząszcz rogowaty Allomyrina dichotoma, mucha domowa Musca domestica, świerszcz domowy Acheta domesticus, mucha czarna Hermetia illucens, ćma woskowa Galleria mellonella, mol spożywczy Plodia interpunctella, jedwabnik Bombyx mori, poddaje się hydrolizie kwasowej i/lub zasadowej, korzystnie w obecności kwasu siarkowego lub/i kwasu fosforowego, w temperaturze od 20°C do 50°C, w proporcji larw owadów lub/i owadów do czynnika hydrolizującego w zakresie od 1:1 do 100:1, hydrolizat neutralizuje się do uzyskania pH od 5,0 do 6,0, z użyciem wodorotlenku potasu lub roztworu wodorotlenku potasu o stężeniu od 1% do 50% m/m. Następnie kompozycję aminokwasów uzupełnia się o składniki wybrane z grupy obejmującej Cu oraz Zn, stosując stężenie od 0,01% do 2% dla każdego składnika.The subject of the application is a method of producing a preparation strengthening the hair structure, containing amino acids. The method comprises subjecting insect larvae and insects, such as the mealworm Tenebrio molitor, the horned beetle Allomyrina dichotoma, the housefly Musca domestica, the house cricket Acheta domesticus, the black fly Hermetia illucens, the wax moth Galleria mellonella, the food moth Plodia interpunctella, the silkworm Bombyx mori, to acidic and/or alkaline hydrolysis, preferably in the presence of sulfuric acid and/or phosphoric acid, at a temperature of 20°C to 50°C, in a ratio of insect larvae and/or insects to hydrolyzing agent in the range of 1:1 to 100:1, the hydrolysate is neutralized to a pH of 5.0 to 6.0, using potassium hydroxide or a potassium hydroxide solution at a concentration of 1% to 50% w/w. The amino acid composition is then supplemented with components selected from the group consisting of Cu and Zn, using a concentration of 0.01% to 2% for each component.
