Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest układ i sposób obniżenia zużycia energii w bezdotykowych myjniach samochodowych. Układ posiada płytę fundamentową (1) podgrzewaną cieczą, która podłączona jest za pomocą przewodów doprowadzających podgrzaną ciecz (2) i pompę cieczy (3) do podgrzewacza (4). Pompa cieczy (3) połączona jest ze sterownikiem (5), do którego podłączony jest czujnik temperatury otoczenia (6). Układ charakteryzuje się tym, że sterownik (5), podłączony jest do czujnika temperatury (7) umiejscowionego w płycie fundamentowej (1). Sposób według zgłoszenia jest realizowany z użyciem układu, charakteryzuje się tym, że z czujnika temperatury otoczenia (6) pobiera się wartość temperatury otoczenia T1 i przesyła się do sterownika (5) oraz z czujnika temperatury (7) umiejscowionego w płycie fundamentowej (1) pobiera się wartość temperatury T2 płyty fundamentowej (1). Następnie z wykorzystaniem informacji o wartości temperatury otoczenia T1, wymusza się za pomocą pompy cieczy (3) obieg medium podgrzanego w podgrzewaczu (4) w kanałach w płycie fundamentowej (1) do momentu uzyskania wymaganej temperatury T2 płyty fundamentowej (1), zadanej przez sterownik (5), odczytanej z czujnika (7). Po uzyskaniu odpowiedniej temperatury z czujnika (7), następuje wyłączenie pompy cieczy (3) do momentu spadku temperatury T2 płyty fundamentowej (1) lub odczytu temperatury otoczenia T1 z czujnika temperatury otoczenia (6) powyżej wartości granicznej.The subject of the application is a system and method of reducing energy consumption in touchless car washes. The system has a foundation plate (1) heated by liquid, which is connected via pipes supplying the heated liquid (2) and the liquid pump (3) to the heater (4). The liquid pump (3) is connected to the controller (5) to which the ambient temperature sensor (6) is connected. The system is characterized by the fact that the controller (5) is connected to the temperature sensor (7) located in the foundation slab (1). The method according to the application is implemented using a system, characterized by the fact that the value of the ambient temperature T1 is collected from the ambient temperature sensor (6) and sent to the controller (5), and the temperature sensor (7) located in the foundation slab (1) is collected the T2 temperature value of the foundation slab (1). Then, using the information about the value of the ambient temperature T1, the medium heated in the heater (4) is forced to circulate through the channels in the foundation slab (1) using the liquid pump (3) until the required temperature T2 of the foundation slab (1) set by the controller is obtained.
