Abstract
Kocioł zgazowujący centralnego ogrzewania, z systemem dolnego spalania wyposażony w płaszcz wodny, ruszt z komorą popielnikową, palnik ceramiczny z przegrodą metalową, kanały powietrza, kanały spalin, wyczystki oraz komorę załadowczą paliwa, charakteryzuje się tym, że w górnej części komory spalania (21) w przestrzeni wodnej płaszcza wodnego (5) ma kanał oddymiający (20), który od wewnętrznej strony drzwiczek załadunkowych (19) posiada wypust kołnierzowy, którego powierzchnia czołowa jest ścięta pod kątem ostrym i przylega ściśle do elementu uszczelniającego (31) wykonanego z materiału niepalnego osadzonego na profilowym wysięgniku (32) drzwiczek załadunkowych (19), do których jest przytwierdzony, przy czym profil elementu uszczelniającego (31) odpowiada profilowi powierzchni czołowej kołnierza kanału oddymiającego (20) i przylega do niego na całym swym obwodzie. Metoda wymuszania ciągu spalin zgazowanych w kotle centralnego ogrzewania z użyciem kotła centralnego ogrzewania z kanałem oddymiającym umieszczonym w górnej części komory załadowczej w przestrzeni wodnej płaszcza wodnego polega na tym, że powierzchnia czołowa kanału oddymiającego (20) usytuowana pod kątem ostrym i cofnięta do wnętrza przestrzeni kotła na dystans X wewnątrz komory spalania (21), uszczelniona jest przy pomocy elementu uszczelniającego (31), przy czym w momencie poruszenia (otwarcia) drzwiczek załadunkowych (19) następuje rozszczelnienie polegające na odsunięciu się elementu uszczelniającego od powierzchni czołowej kanału oddymiającego (20) tworząc szczelinę o coraz większej szerokości „d”, wytwarzając ciąg wyrzutu powietrza i nagromadzonych spalin przez kanał oddymiający (20) do kanału spalin (6), przy czym rozszczelnienie elementu z powierzchnią czołową następuje przed rozszczelnieniem drzwiczek załadunkowych (19) kotła, osiągając maksymalny przepływ powietrza w kanale (20) zanim spaliny przedostaną się na zewnątrz kotła.A central heating gasification boiler with a lower combustion system equipped with a water jacket, a grate with an ash chamber, a ceramic burner with a metal partition, air ducts, exhaust ducts, cleanouts and a fuel loading chamber is characterized in that in the upper part of the combustion chamber (21) in the water space of the water jacket (5) it has a smoke extraction duct (20), which on the inside of the loading door (19) has a flanged projection, the frontal surface of which is cut at an acute angle and adheres closely to the sealing element (31) made of non-flammable material mounted on the profiled boom (32) of the loading door (19), to which it is attached, wherein the profile of the sealing element (31) corresponds to the profile of the frontal surface of the collar of the smoke extraction duct (20) and adheres to it along its entire circumference. The method of forcing a draft of gasified flue gases in a central heating boiler using a central heating boiler with a smoke extraction channel located in the upper part of the loading chamber in the water space of the water jacket consists in the fact that the frontal surface of the smoke extraction channel (20) is located at an acute angle and retracted into the boiler space by a distance X inside the combustion chamber (21), and is sealed by means of a sealing element (31), and when the loading door (19) is moved (opened), a leak occurs, consisting in the movement of the sealing element from the frontal surface of the smoke extraction channel (20), creating a gap of increasing width "d", generating a draft of air and accumulated flue gases through the smoke extraction channel (20) to the flue gas channel (6), and the leakage of the element from the frontal surface occurs before the unsealing of the loading door (19) of the boiler, achieving the maximum air flow in the channel (20) before the flue gases penetrate outside the boiler.
