Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania opakowania foliowego, w którym to sposobie w procesie współwytłaczania z rozdmuchiwaniem wytwarza się rękaw folii wielowarstwowej, a następnie rękaw folii tnie się poprzecznie na odcinki, które zgrzewa się wzdłuż otwartej krawędzi uzyskując opakowanie foliowe. W etapie współwytłaczania z rozdmuchiwaniem podaje się do głowicy wytłaczarskiej formującej rękaw folii trójwarstwowej mieszanki tworzyw z trzech odrębnych wytłaczarek. W pierwszej wytłaczarce przygotowuje się pierwszą mieszankę o właściwościach antypoślizgowych. W drugiej wytłaczarce przygotowuje się drugą mieszankę na warstwę o dużej wytrzymałości, przy czym drugą mieszankę podaje się do kanału głowicy formującego warstwę środkową rękawa. W trzeciej wytłaczarce przygotowuje się trzecią mieszankę o właściwościach antybakteryjnych, przy czym trzecią mieszankę podaje się do kanału głowicy formującego warstwę wewnętrzną rękawa. Na zewnętrzną warstwę rękawa wytłaczanego z głowicy wytłaczarskiej napyla się roztwór skrobi ziemniaczanej w wodzie w stężeniu 20%, w ilości od 10 do 20 g/m2 produktu o temperaturze nie niższej niż 40°C względem temperatury zewnętrznej warstwy wytłaczanego rękawa.A method of producing a foil packet, in which a multilayer film sleeve is produced in a coextrusion blow molding process, and then the foil sleeve is cut transversely into sections that are heat sealed along the open edge to obtain a foil packet. In the second extruder, a second compound is prepared for a high-strength layer, the second compound being fed to the channel of the head forming the middle layer of the sleeve. In the third extruder, a third compound with antibacterial properties is prepared, with the third compound being fed to the head channel forming the inner layer of the sleeve. On the outer layer of the extruded sleeve from the extrusion head, a solution of potato starch in water at a concentration of 20% is sprayed in an amount of 10 to 20 g / m2 of product at a temperature not lower than 40 ° C relative to the temperature of the outer layer of the extruded sleeve.
