Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest dwustronna taśma o zwiększonej odporności, która ma pokryty klejem nośnik. Nośnik zbudowany jest na bazie sieciującego termicznie samoprzylepnego kleju silikonowego, zawierającego związek sieciujący nanonapełniacz krzemowy. Ponadto jest on zabezpieczony materiałem dehezyjnym. Taśma charakteryzuje się tym, że nanonapełniacz krzemowy stanowi nanokaolinin w ilości od 1% wagowego do 7% wagowych w odniesieniu do masy polimeru silikonowego. Korzystnie nośnik stanowi dwustronnie silikonowana folia poliestrowa. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też sposób wytwarzania dwustronnej taśmy o zwiększonej odporności termicznej, który polega na naniesieniu na nośnik kleju na bazie samoprzylepnego kleju silikonowego zawierającego związek sieciujący i nanonapełniacz krzemowy, następnie usieciowaniu termicznym kompozycji i zabezpieczeniu materiałem dehezyjnym. Sposób ten charakteryzuje się tym, że jako nanonapełniacz krzemowy stosuje się nanokaolin w ilości od 1% wagowych do 7% wagowych w odniesieniu do masy polimeru silikonowego.The subject of the application is a double-sided tape with increased resistance, which has an adhesive coated carrier. Preferably, the carrier is a siliconized polyester film on both sides. The subject of the application is also a method of manufacturing a double-sided tape with increased thermal resistance, which consists in applying to the carrier an adhesive based on a self-adhesive silicone adhesive containing a cross-linking compound and a silicon nanofiller, then thermal cross-linking of the composition and protection with adhesive material. This method is characterized in that nanokaolin is used as a silicon nanofiller in an amount of 1% to 7% by weight based on the weight of the silicone polymer.
