Abstract
Sposób przepływowego wytwarzania pary wodnej polega na wtłaczaniu wody w odpowiednich porcjach do elementu rurowego zatopionego w bloku stanowiącym stop metalu, korzystnie aluminium, rozgrzanym i utrzymywanym za pomocą elementu grzewczego w odpowiedniej temperaturze, korzystnie 220°C, wskutek czego wtłoczona woda zamieniona zostaje w parę wodną o odpowiedniej temperaturze, korzystnie ok. 160 - 180°C, przy czym wielkość porcji wtłaczanej wody uzależniona jest od mocy elementu grzewczego. Urządzenie według sposobu zawierające korpus wytwornicy (1), przelotowy element rurowy (2) umieszczony na pewnej części powierzchni korpusu wytwornicy (1) oraz element grzewczy (3), charakteryzuje się tym, że korpus wytwornicy (1) stanowi blok będący stopem metalu, korzystnie aluminium, w którym zatopiony jest na pewnej powierzchni, co najmniej jeden przelotowy element rurowy (2) oraz co najmniej jeden element grzewczy (3).The method of instant steam production consists of injecting water in appropriate portions into a pipe element embedded in a block consisting of a metal alloy, preferably aluminum, heated and maintained by means of a heating element at a suitable temperature, preferably 220 ° C, as a result of which the injected water is converted into steam at a suitable temperature, preferably around 160 - 180 ° C, with the amount of water injected depending on the power of the heating element. The device according to the method comprising a generator body (1), a through tube element (2) located on a certain part of the generator body surface (1) and a heating element (3), characterized in that the generator body (1) is a metal alloy block, preferably aluminum, in which at least one through tube element (2) and at least one heating element (3) are embedded in a certain surface.
