Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu i urządzenia do zgrzewania dwóch pustych prętów profilowych (4) z tworzywa sztucznego dla wytworzenia ramy okiennej, w którym pręty profilowe przeznaczone do połączenia między sobą podgrzewa się do ustalonej temperatury poprzez włożenie lustra grzejnego (3) między ich powierzchnie złączne i docisk ich do lustra grzejnego przy utworzeniu garbu spoiny, (8c), a po usunięciu lustra grzejnego przy jednoczesnym powiększeniu garbu spoiny łączy się je pod ciśnieniem. Aby zmniejszyć przynajmniej część nakładu pracy koniecznego do usunięcia widocznych, a zatem przeszkadzających ściegów zgrzewnych i skrócić czas konieczny do wyprodukowania ramy okiennej, jak również aby wykluczyć powstawanie rowka cieniowego, po usunięciu lustra grzejnego, zewnętrzne części garbów spoiny, powstające na widocznych powierzchniach późniejszej ramy okiennej w obszarze miejsc połączenia obydwu prętów profilowych dociska się w kierunku do wewnątrz i tym, że następnie lustro grzejne ponownie przemieszcza się między powierzchnie złączne prętów profilowych i dogrzewa się powierzchnie złączne, przy jednoczesnym przekształceniu garbów spoiny, dociśniętych w kierunku do wewnątrz, i tym, że w końcu po usunięciu lustra grzejnego, łączy się powierzchnie złączne obydwu prętów profilowych.
