Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są nowe szczepy bakterii fermentacji mlekowej Lactobacillus casei eub1B, Lactobacillus salivarius eub2B oraz Lactobacillus sakei eubSB zdeponowanych odpowiednio pod numerami: PKM B/00103, PKM B/00102, PKM B/00101 do ograniczania rozwoju chorobotwórczych szczepów bakterii Escherichia coli i Clostridium perfringens, występujących w organizmach zwierząt dzikich i hodowlanych oraz w środowisku ich bytowania, szczególnie w odniesieniu do młodych osobników bydła, owiec, kóz, jeleni i saren. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także preparaty i kompozycje probiotyczne, które w swoim składzie zawierają nowe szczepy bakterii fermentacji mlekowej Lactobacillus casei eub1B, Lactobacillus salivarius eub2B oraz Lactobacillus sakei eub3B oraz zastosowania nowych szczepów bakterii fermentacji mlekowej do produkcji preparatu probiotycznego do zabezpieczenia zwierząt przed chorobotwórczymi bakteriami E. coli i C. perfringens oraz do dezynfekcji powierzchni ich ciał, a także pomieszczeń inwentarskich. The subject of the application are new strains of lactic acid bacteria Lactobacillus casei eub1B, Lactobacillus salivarius eub2B and Lactobacillus sakei eubSB deposited under the numbers: PKM B / 00103, PKM B / 00102, PKM B / 00101 to limit the growth of pathogenic strains of bacteria and occurring in the organisms of wild and farmed animals and in their habitat, especially in relation to juveniles of cattle, sheep, goats, deer and roe deer. The application also includes preparations and probiotic compositions which contain new strains of lactic acid bacteria Lactobacillus casei eub1B, Lactobacillus salivarius eub2B and Lactobacillus sakei eub3B and the use of new strains of lactic acid bacteria for the production of probiotic preparation to protect animals against pathogenic E. coli and C. perfringens and for disinfecting the surface of their bodies, as well as for livestock rooms.
