Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania cienkich i ultra cienkich warstw polimerów na podłożach stałych charakteryzujący się tym, że na podłoże w szczególności takie jak szkło, kwarc, szkło z warstwą ITO, folie polimerowe oraz mika nanosi się warstwę roztworu lub zawiesiny polimeru. Następnie wytwarza się warstwę stałą za pomocą światła laserowego tworzącego linię o jednorodnym natężeniu światła, przy czym linia ta przesuwa się w kierunku prostopadłym do swojej osi.The subject of the invention is a method for producing thin and ultra-thin polymer layers on solid substrates, characterized by the fact that a layer of a polymer solution or suspension is applied to the substrate, in particular glass, quartz, glass with an ITO layer, polymer foils and mica. The solid layer is then produced by using laser light to create a line of uniform light intensity, with the line moving in a direction perpendicular to its axis.
