Abstract
The heat exchanger has a bundle of tubes (32) with fins (34) and a collector (10) which has a central web (12), in which there are a row (R) of holes (14) bordered by flanges (16) for receiving the tube bundles. There is a peripheral groove (18) connected to a central web by a folded edge (20). Each flange is in contact with the folded edge in such a way as to have minimum play, thus reducing the size of the collector.
