Wzór użytkowy rozwiązuje zagadnienie konstrukcji izolatora wsporczego wysokonapięciowego z wypełnieniem lekkim, przeznaczonego do pracy w warunkach napowietrznych i wnętrzowych. Jego element nośny stanowi rdzeń (1) utworzony z przyciętej na żądaną długość rury, której obrzeża na obu końcach, od strony zewnętrznej mają wybrania tworzące montażowe uskoki (2) do mocowania „na wcisk” okuć (3). Okucia (3) są ukształtowane w formie stopy o zarysie kołowym w widoku z góry, z wgłębieniem od strony mocowania rury. Na zewnętrznej powierzchni (6) rdzenia (1), pomiędzy montażowymi uskokami (2) jest elastomerowa osłona (7) z obwodowymi kloszami(8), rozmieszczonymi jeden nad drugim. Klosze (8) w przekroju poprzecznym mają zarys ostrowierzchołkowych zębów równej długości. Rdzeń (1) jest wypełniony wewnątrz organicznym materiałem dielektycznym (5).The utility model solves the problem of the construction of a high-voltage post insulator with light filling, intended for operation in outdoor and indoor conditions. Its load-bearing element is the core (1) made of a pipe cut to the required length, the edges of which at both ends, from the outside, have recesses forming assembly steps (2) for "press-fit" fittings (3). The fittings (3) are shaped in the form of a foot with a circular outline in the top view, with a recess on the pipe mounting side. On the outer surface (6) of the core (1), between the mounting steps (2), there is an elastomeric cover (7) with circumferential sheds (8) arranged one above the other. The sheds (8) in cross-section have the outline of sharp-pointed teeth of equal length. The core (1) is internally filled with an organic dielectric material (5).
