Przedmiotem wynalazku jest dozownik slimakowy do materialów sypkich, szczególnie dla materialów o duzym zawilgoceniu.Problem dozowania materialów sypkich o duzym zawilgoceniu nastrecza wiele trudnosci z uwagi na wlasci¬ wosci przylepiania sie ich do scian zbiornika dozujacego, co uniemozliwia splywanie materialu w dól zbiornika, jak równiez do elementu dozujacego. Do dozowania tego typu materialów stosowane sa obecnie dozowniki talerzowe, slimakowe lub wibracyjne, jednakze wszystkie wyzej wymienione urzadzenia po przekroczeniu pewnej granicy wilgotnosci materialów zawodza z przyczyn opisanych wyzej.Celem wynalazku jest urzadzenie umozliwiajace dozowanie materialów o konsystencji od sypkiej do ciasto- watej.Cel ten osiagnieto, umieszczajac w zbiorniku dozownika transporter slimakowy ustawiony skosnie do osi zbiornika, który posiada zdolnosc ruchu obrotowego wraz ze swoja obudowa wokól osi zbiornika, przesuwajac sie po jego stozkowym dnie. At present, disc, screw or vibratory feeders are used for dosing this type of materials, however, all the above-mentioned devices fail after exceeding a certain limit of the moisture content of the materials for the reasons described above. The aim of the invention is a device that enables the dosing of materials with a consistency of loose to dough. was achieved by placing a screw conveyor in the dosing tank, inclined to the tank axis, which has the ability to rotate along with its housing around the tank axis, moving along its conical bottom. This allows for the collection of material from the entire surface of the conical bottom of the tank, which prevents the material from sticking to this surface, and consequently ensures accurate and failure-free dosing of the material. The dispenser according to the invention, in an exemplary embodiment is shown in cross-section in the drawing. from a tank 1 with a conical bottom 2 with an opening 3 in which a cylindrical element 4 is placed, ending at the top with an inverted cone 5, and at the bottom by a ring 6 through which the discharge pipe 7 passes. The discharge pipe 7 is connected at the top with the housing 8 of the screw conveyor 10, which is located obliquely to the vertical axis of the tank 1, and parallel to the conical bottom 2. The assembly consisting of a cylindrical element 4, a housing 8 with a screw conveyor 10, with an opening 9 to the discharge pipe 7, is located in the bearing 12 and it rotates with respect to the reservoir 1 about its vertical axis by means of a drive unit ego 14 and a driving wheel 13. The screw conveyor 10 is driven by a motor 11.
