Abstract

The present utility model relates to a method of producing dried fish flakes that can be used as a can be used as alternative for saut‚ed shrimp paste in which it has no preservatives and made from natural ingredients making as good source for vitamins and minerals involves the following steps: (a) preparing of dried fish flakes, red bell pepper, garlic , tomato paste and vegetable oil (b) washing of dried fish with hot water to remove the excess salty taste and the dirt in the dried fish for 10 minutes (c) draining of water from dried fish for 10 minutes in order to fry the fish easily (d) frying of fish for easy removal of bones for 1 hour (e) draining of excess oil in fish for 10 minutes (f) removing the bones of dried fish making it into flake form for 2 hours (h) mixing, red bell pepper, garlic , tomato paste, vegetable oil, and 50 pcnt dried fish flakes for 1 hour (j) filling and weighing of produced product to glass container (k) sealing,labeling and packaging of produced product and (l) storing of the finished product for six (6) days.
