Abstract

The invention relates to devices for preparing food on an open fire. A device has been developed for preparing food on an open fire that is compact, fast and easy to assemble, and convenient for use, even on a hiking tour. The device, containing a barbecue grill which can be opened with a handle, additionally comprises two separate identical supports, where each support is designed as a pointed rod in order to fix it firmly in the soil and connected in the upper part by means of a U-shaped clamp to support the barbecue grill; and containing a rod-shaped grill holder, where one end is folded at a 90 degree angle forming a bracing element of the top edge of the grill, and the other end is folded at a 90 degree angle and sharpened in order to fix it firmly in the soil, and fitted with a handle; furthermore, the holder is divisible in its middle section.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to devices for cooking foodstuffs on an open fire.

The grill is a device for preparing food by applying heat directly from below. Grilling is the rapid and direct roasting of meat, fruits, vegetables or other products on the fire. The most common type of grilling used is the opening grill.

A device for cooking food on an open fire is known, which contains metal skewers and means for holding and changing them in the form of a horizontal rectangular frame [1]. The device is relatively sophisticated, not compact, and not comfortable for hiking.

There is a known folding device comprising a removable barbecue grill and side edges that are inserted into each other during transport. The device is based on four vertical brackets [2], The device is not compact, is heavy, inconvenient to assemble in hiking conditions.

There is a known device for cooking food on an open fire, which contains a long handle, which is equipped with a fork for pricking and baking meat or other products [3]. The appliance is uncomfortable to use because it has to be held in open hands at all times.

Devices for holding a grill grill are known [4-10]. All of these devices are not compact, not convenient for hiking.

The object of the invention is to provide an open-burning food preparation device which is compact, quick and easy to assemble, convenient to use, even in hiking conditions.

The goal is achieved by the fact that the open-fire food preparation device, which has an opening barbecue grille with a handle, additionally contains two separate equal supports, each of which is designed as a rod with a sharpened end for securing it in the soil and connected to a U-shaped in the upper part of the clamps to support the grill grill; and a barbecue barbell holder having one end folded at 90 ° to form a support element for the upper edge of the grill and the other end folded at 90 ° and sharpened for securing to the soil and having a handle in the middle of which is detachable.

The invention is explained by the drawings (Fig. 1 and Fig. 2), which schematically show a folding device for cooking foodstuffs on an open fire. The appliance contains known openable barbecue grills with handle (1), two separate equal supports (2). Each support is designed as a 150-200 mm long bar with a sharpened end (3) for securing it in the soil and connected to a U-shaped clamp (4) at the top to support the grill grille (1). The bars are of circular or rectangular cross-section and are made of metal. The clamps (4) are made of metal and have dimensions of 20-30x40-50x20-30 mm. The device comprises a barbecue grille (1) rod holder (5) with a length of 700-800 mm, where one end is folded down at an angle of 90 ° to form the upper grid (1) of the barbecue grille (6) with a length of 50-100 mm, but the other end (7) is folded at an angle of 90 ° and sharpened to secure it in the soil. The sharpened end (7) is 100-150 mm long. The holder (5) is provided with a handle (8), the holder (5) being divisible in the middle (9).

The folding device for cooking on open fire works as follows. Two identical supports (2) are fixed at a required distance from each other by a sharpened end (3) in the soil next to the open fire. Hinged grill (1) with products vertically supported by U-shaped brackets (4). With the support element (6) of the rod holder (5) the barbecue grates (1) are fixed in the U-shaped clamps (4) and the sharpened end (7) is fixed in the soil. Food is cooked on an open fire near the flame. The distance between the flame and the products should be at least the width of the wrist. Cooking products in this way, such as roasting meat, prevents the fat from dripping onto the fire, thus causing an ignition of the flame, which is important to prevent the meat from burning. In addition, if the fat does not drip into the flame, no harmful substances are formed. During the baking process, the degree of maturity of the product can be more accurately determined due to the fact that the grill grills (1) are upright and easily visible. The sharpened end (7) of the holder (5), when secured in place, can change the angle of the grill (1) with respect to the open flame, depending on the necessity of the cooking process.

Foods made using the appliance applied are juicy and have good taste, especially in this way meat can be prepared. After making the product, the device is quickly and easily disassembled and assembled in a compact form. The holder (5) is separable in the middle, making it easy to use in hiking.

Claims (6)

1. A folding device for cooking foodstuffs on an open fire, comprising an opening barbecue grill with a handle, characterized in that it further comprises: two separate equal supports, each support being formed as a rod with a sharpened end for securing it in the soil and connected to a U- a type of clamp at the top to support the grill grill; and a barbecue barbell holder having one end folded at 90 ⁰ to form a support element for the upper edge of the barbecue and the other end folded at 90 ⁰ and sharpened for securing it in the soil and having a handle which is detachable in the middle.
