Abstract
피도물의 온도가 상승하여도 손에 묻어나지 않으며 또한 내열성이 우수한 내열 도료 조성물이 개시되어 있다. 상기 내열 도료 조성물은 순수 실리콘 또는 변성 실리콘으로 구성되며 바인더로서 사용되는 실리콘계 수지 10∼50중량, 에폭시 에스테르 수지 1∼20중량%, 흑색 무기 내열 안료 3∼45중량%, 저융점 프릿 3∼25중량%, 체질 안료 5∼50중량%, 첨가제 0∼7중량% 및 용제 10∼50중량%를 함유한다. 건조성이 뛰어나 피도물의 온도가 상승하여도 손에 묻어나지 않으므로 취급이 용이할 뿐만 아니라 내열성도 우수하다.Disclosed is a heat-resistant coating composition which does not adhere to the hand even when the temperature of the workpiece increases, and which is excellent in heat resistance. The heat-resistant coating composition is composed of pure silicone or modified silicone and is used as a binder 10 to 50% by weight silicone resin, 1 to 20% by weight epoxy ester resin, 3 to 45% by weight black inorganic heat resistant pigment, 3 to 25% by weight low melting frit %, 5-50 weight% of extender pigments, 0-7 weight% of additives, and 10-50 weight% of solvents. It is excellent in dryness, so it does not get on your hands even when the temperature of the workpiece rises.
