Abstract

본 발명은 지지체에 대한 접착성이 중진된, 물을 제거하는 경우 실리콘 탄성체를 형성하는 수성 실리콘 에멀젼에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실리콘 에멀젼은 디오가노실록산 중합체, 물, 계면활성제, 임의로 가교결합제, 주석 축합 촉매, 임의로 산 및 아미노 관능성 실란, 및 하이드록실 말단 차단된 오가노실록산을 반응시킴으로써 형성되는 유효량의 아미노 관능성 실록산을 혼합함으로써 형성된 생성물을 포함한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 화학식 1의 디오가노실록산 중합체(A), 물(B), 계면활성제(C), 임의로, 가교결합제(D), 주석 축합 촉매(E), 화학식 2의 아미노 관능성 실란과 화학식 3의 하이드록시 말단 차단된 오가노실륵산을 포함하는 성분들을 반응시킴으로써 형성된 유효량의 아미노 관능성 실록산(F) 및 임의로, 산(G)을 혼합함으로써 형성된 생성물을 포함하는, 물을 제거하면 실리콘 탄성체가 형성되고 지지체에 대한 접착성이 중진된 수성실리콘 에멀젼.

    상기 화학식 1 내지 3에서, n은 0, 1, 2 또는 3이고, z는 200 내지 10,000의 정수이고, X는 하이드록실그룹 또는 임의의 가수분해가능한 그룹이고, R온 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 15의 치환되지 않거나 치환된 1가 탄화수소 라디칼로부터 선택되고, Rl은 독립적으로 X 그룹 및 R 그룹으로부터 선택되는데, 단 R1그룹의 90% 이상은 R 그룹이고, Y는 Si 원자, -Si-(CH2)mSiR1 2- 그룹 또는 -Si-(CH2)mSiR1 2-0-SiR1 2-(CH2)mSiR1 2- 그룹(여기서, Rl은 위에서 정의한 바와 같고, m은 양의 정수 이다)이고, 4는 가수분해가능한 그룹이고, 2는 산소원자 또는 NR2(여기서, R2는 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 15의 치환되지 않거나 치환된 1가 탄화수소 라디 칼로부터 선택된다)이고, R3은 독립적으로 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 15의 치환되지 않거나 치환된 1가 탄화수소 라디칼로부터 선택되고, p 및 q는 각각 2 내지 10의 양의 정수이고, r온 0 내지 3의 양의 정수이고, R4는 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 15의 치환되지않거나 치환된 1가 탄화수소 라디 칼로부터 선택되며, b는 4 내지 80의 양의 정수이다.
