Abstract
본 발명은 수평형 머시닝 센터에 관한 것으로, 공작물 가공작업 수행전에 미리 검사하여 작업공구가 파손된 상태일 경우, 이를 감지하여 매크로 프로그램을 이용한 공구테이블에 따라 파손된 공구와 일치하는 타 공구를 자동으로 찾아 재 장착하도록 하여 공작물 가공을 중단없이 연속시킬 수 있도록 한 매크로 프로그램을 이용한 대체 공구 제어방법에 관한 것으로, 매크로 프로그램을 이용한 공구테이블을 작성한 다음(단계1), 공작물 가공에 사용한 공구를 지령하고(단계2), 공구를 스핀들 유니트에 장착시키며(단계3), 공구파손 검색 프로그램을 구동시킨다(단계4), 이후 공구파손 감지센서를 통해 공구 파손여부를 판단하여(단계5), 공구파손일 경우, 상기 공구테이블을 통해 대체공구를 검색하고(단계6), 검색하여 찾게 되면, 대체공구를 지령하고(단계7), 대체공구를 스핀들 유니트에 장착시키며(단계8), 공작물 가공을 수행하는(단계9) 과정으로 이루어진다. 이와 같이 된 본 발명은 기계가동율을 극대화시켜 공작물 가공 작업시간을 단축시킬 수 있고, 고가의 옵션용 공구수명관리 프로그램을 별도로 구입할 필요가 없다.The present invention relates to a horizontal machining center, and if the work tool is broken in advance before performing the workpiece machining operation, it detects this and automatically detects other tools that match the broken tool according to the tool table using a macro program.
