Abstract

리튬과 같은 셀 활성물질의 개선된 도핑 및 탈도핑 용량을 가지며, 비수용매계 2차전지에 적합한 탄소질 전극 재료는 식물유래의 유기물질을 탄화시킴으로써 얻어지며, 수은 주입법에 의해 측정한바, 5㎛이하의 기공직경을 갖는 기공 g당 0.55ml 이상의 기공부피를 가지며, 질소흡착 BET법에 의해 측정한바 100m2/g 이하의 비표면적을 갖는 탄소질 전극재료로 구성된다. 탄소질 재료는 바람직하게는 10kPa를 초과하는 압력하에서 700-1500℃의 온도에서 흐르는 비활성 기체와 접촉하여 식물유래의 유기물질을 탄화시킴으로써 제조된다.

2차전지용 탄소질 전극재료 및 그것의 제조방법(CARBONACEOUS ELECTRODE MATERIAL FOR SECONDARY BATTERY AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCTION THEREOF)
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 따라 구성될 수 있는 비수용매계 2차전지의 부분분해 사시도이다.

Claims (13)

  1. 식물유래의 유기물질을 탄화시킴으로써 얻어지며, 수은주입법에 의해 측정한바, 5㎛이하의 기공직경을 갖는 기공 g당 0.55ml 이상의 기공부피를 가지며, 질소흡착 BET법에 의해 측정한바 100m2/g이하의 비표면적을 갖는 비수용매계 2차전지를 위한 탄소질 전극재료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유기물질은 커피원두, 왕겨, 활엽수목재, 침엽수목재, 및 대나무로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 한가지인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소질 전극재료.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, X선 회절법에 의해 측정한 바 적어도 0.365nm의 평균(002)면 간격을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소질 전극재료.
  4. 10kPa를 초과하는 압력하에 700-1500℃의 온도에서 흐르는 비활성 기체와 접촉하여 식물유래의 유기물질을 탄화시키는 것으로 이루어지는 비수용매계 2차전지를 위한 탄소질 전극재료의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 유기물질을 층으로 쌓고 비활성기체를 층과 평행하게 흐르게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 유기물질을 베드를 형성하게 하고 비활성기체를 베드를 통해 흐르게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 유기물질은 흐르는 비활성기체의 작용하에 유동화 베드를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 비활성기체는 탄화시킬 유기물질 그램당 적어도 10ml/분의 속도로 흐르게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제4항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 유기물질을 사전 하소하고 탄화에 앞서 100㎛이하의 평균직경으로 분쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 10kPa이하의 감압하에 700-1500℃의 온도에서 코코넛 껍질을 제외한 식물유래의 유기물질을 탄화시키는 것으로 이루어지는 비수용매계 2차전지를 위한 탄소질 전극재료의 제조방법.
  11. 도전성 기판과, 도전성 기판의 적어도 한표면에 배치된 복합 전극층으로 이루어지며, 상기 복합전극층은 입상형태로 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 따르는 탄소질 전극재료와 결합제로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수용매계 2차전지를 위한 전극구조물.
  12. 양극, 음극 그리고 양극과 음극사이에 배치된 세퍼레이터와 비수성전해질 용액으로 이루어지며, 상기 양극과 음극중 적어도 하나는 제11항에 따르는 전극구조물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수용매계 2차전지.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 전극구조물은 음극을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차전지.
