Abstract

본 발명은 SRIM 성형품의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 주형 캐비티 내에 위치한 섬유 보강 매트의 사용을 광범위하게 필요로 하며, 이어서 폴리우레탄 반응 시스템을 주형 내로 사출시킨다. 시스템은 활성 수소 함유 조성물 블렌드의 일부로서 알드이민을 필요로 한다. 본 발명의 목적은 지방적 알드이민만을 우레아 형성사슬 연장제로서 갖는 시스템에 기초한 SRIM 성형품(부품)을 제공하는 것이었다.

Claims (6)

  1. (A) 주형 캐비티의 적어도 일부가 용품이 성형될 표면과 대향하도록 주형 캐비티 표면을 제한하는 SRIM 보강된 성형품을 형성하기 위한 캐비티가 있는 주형을 제공하고, (B) 주형 캐비티 표면과 대향하도록 한층 이상의 섬유 보강 매트를 깔고, (C) 주형을 닫고, (D) RIM 공정을 통해 반응 혼합물을 상기 주형 캐비티 내로 사출시키고, (E) 반응물을 충분히 반응시키고, 생성된 성형품을 주형으로부터 제거하는 것으로 이루어진 SRIM 성형품의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 반응 혼합물이 (1) (i) 디이소시아네이트 함량이 25 내지 50중량%미만이며, (ii) 약 2중량%미만의 2,4′-메틸렌 비스(페닐 이소시아네이트)를 함유하고, (iii) 약 0.5중량% 미만의 2,2′-메틸렌 비스(페닐 이소시아네이트)를 함유하는, 1종 이상의 폴리메틸렌 폴리(페닐 이소시아네이트) 및 (2) (a) 히드록실 관능가가 2 내지 8이며, 분자량이 350 내지 1800미만의 적어도 하나의 폴리에테르 폴리올, (b) 2 내지 8개의 히드록실기를 함유하며, 분자량이 350미만의 적어도 하나의 히드록실 관능 유기물질(성분 (2)(a) 및 (2)(b)는 약 10 : 1 내지 약 1 : 10의 중량비로 사용됨), (c) 성분 (a), (b) 및 (c)의 전체 중량을 기준으로 45중량%이하의 분자량이 1800이상인 1종 이상의 활성 수소 함유 화합물 및 (d) 성분 (a), (b), (c) 및 (d)의 전체중량을 기준으로 약 20중량% 내지 약 40중량%의 화학식 (1)을 갖는 1종 이상의 알드이민을 포함하는 활성 수소 함유 화합물의 블랜드로 이루어지며, 여기서 성분 (2)(a), (2)(b), (2)(c) 및 (2)(d)의 양은 총 100중량%이고, 성분 (1) 및 (2)는 이소시아네이트 인덱스가 약 70 내지 약 130이 되는 양으로 존재하는 개선된 방법.

    식중 X는 원자가가 n이며, (시클로)지방족 결합 아미노기를 갖는 유기 폴리아민으로부터의 아미노기를 제거함으로써 얻어지는 유기기를 나타내며, R1및 R2는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있으며, 100℃이하에서 이소시아네이트기에 대해 불활성인 유기기를 나타내거나, R1및 R2가 β-탄소원자와 함께 시클로지방족 또는 헤테로시클릭환을 형성하며, n은 2이상의 값을 갖는 정수를 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알드이민이 2-메틸-1,5-디아미노펜탄-N,N′-디(2-메틸프로필리덴), 1,6-디아미노헥산-N,N′-디(2-메틸프로필리덴), 4,4′-메틸렌비스(시클로헥실아민)-N,N′-디(2-메틸프로필리덴) 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
  3. 제1항의 방법에 따라 제조된 성형품.
  4. (A) 주형 캐비티의 적어도 일부가 용품이 성형될 표면과 대향하도록 주형 캐비티 표면을 제한하는 섬유 보강된 성형품을 형성하기 위한 캐비티가 있는 주형을 제공하고, (B) 주형 캐비티 표면과 대향하도록 하나 이상의 섬유 표면처리 베일을 깔고, (C) 상기 표면처리 베일 상에 한층 이상의 섬유 보강 매트를 깔고, (D) 상기 섬유 매트 상에 하나 이상의 섬유 표면처리 베일을 깔고, (E) 주형을 닫고, (F) RIM 공정을 통해 반응 혼합물을 상기 주형 캐비티 내로 사출시키고, (G) 반응 혼합물을 충분히 반응시키고, 생성된 성형품을 주형으로부터 제거하는 것으로 이루어지는 클래스 A표면, 섬유보강된 성형품의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 반응 혼합물이 (1) (i) 디이소시아네이트 함량이 25 내지 50중량%미만이며, (ii) 약 2중량%미만의 2,4′-메틸렌 비스(페닐 이소시아네이트)를 함유하고, (iii) 약 0.5중량% 미만의 2,2′-메틸렌 비스(페닐 이소시아네이트)를 함유하는, 1종 이상의 폴리메틸렌 폴리(페닐 이소시아네이트) 및 (2) (a) 히드록실 관능가가 2 내지 8이며, 분자량이 350 내지 1800미만의 적어도 하나의 폴리에테르 폴리올, (b) 2 내지 8개의 히드록실기를 함유하며, 분자량이 350미만의 적어도 하나의 히드록실 관능 유기물질(성분 (2)(a) 및 (2)(b)는 약 10 : 1 내지 약 1 : 10의 중량비로 사용됨), (c) 성분 (a), (b) 및 (c)의 전체 중량을 기준으로 45중량%이하의 분자량이 1800이상인 1종 이상의 활성 수소 함유 화합물 및 (d) 성분 (a), (b), (c) 및 (d)의 전체중량을 기준으로 약 20중량% 내지 약 40중량%의 화학식 (1)을 갖는 1종 이상의 알드이민을 포함하는 활성 수소 함유 화합물의 블랜드로 이루어지며, 여기서 성분 (2)(a), (2)(b), (2)(c) 및 (2)(d)의 양은 총 100중량%이고, 성분 (1) 및 (2)는 이소시아네이트 인덱스가 약 70 내지 약 130이 되는 양으로 존재하는 개선된 방법.
