Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 입자 조성물 생성 방법으로서: (a) (1)아연성분, (2)알루미나 성분 및 (3)분산제 성분을 접촉시켜 혼합물을 형성하고 나서; (b) 상기 혼합물을 분무 건조시켜 입자를 형성하는 것으로 구성되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아연 성분이 황하 아연, 황산 아연, 수산화 아연, 탄산 아연, 아세트산 아연, 질산 아연, 염화 아연, 브롬화 아연, 요오드화 아연, 옥시염화 아연, 스테아르산 아연 또는 상기 아연 성분 중 임의의 둘 이상의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 아연 성분의 양이 성분들의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 15~약 60 중량% 범위인 방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미나 성분이 알루미나로 구성되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 알루미나 성분의 양이 성분들의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 30~약 75 중량%범위인 방법
- 제1~5항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분산제 성분이 진한 인산염, 설폰화 중합체 또는 상기 분산제 성분 중 임의의 둘 이상의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제1~5항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 분산제 성분의 양이 성분들의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 0.1~약 8 중량%범위인 방법.
- 제1~5항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (a)에 결합제가 또한 접속되어 혼합물을 형성하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 결합제 성분이 석고 회반죽, 통상의 석회, 수경석회, 자연 시멘트, 포틀랜드 시멘트 및 알루미나 다량 함유 시멘트 및 애터펄자이트, 벤토나이트, 할로이사이트, 헥토라이트, 고령토, 몬모릴로나이트, 피로필라이트, 새피올라이트, 탈크 및 베르미쿨라이트 또는 상기 결합체 성분 중 임의의 둘 이상의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 사용된 결합체 성분의 양이 성분들의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 1~약 20 중량% 범위인 방법.
- 제1~5항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (a)에서 산 성분이 또한 접촉되어 혼합물을 형성하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 산 성분이 카르복실 산, 질산, 인산, 황산 또는 상기 산 중 임의의 둘 이상의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 산 성분 내 산의 양이 산 성분들의 총 부피를 기준으로 하여 약 0.1~약 10 부피% 범위인 방법.
- 제1~5항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 산화 아연 또는 산화 아연으로 전환될 수 있는 화합물인 아연 화합물과 상기 입자들을 접촉시키는 단계(c)를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 아연 화합물이 제2항에서 정의된 바와 같은 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
