Claims (6)
- 알칼리 규산염( SiO2 : 알칼리 산화물의 중량 모듈러스= 2.5 내지 3.9 : 1)과 광산을, 물유리를 첨가하여 pH값을 7.0 내지 9.9 또는 10.0 내지 10.7로 조정한 초기량의 물에 동시에 첨가하고[첨가하는 동안 pH값을 7.0 내지 9.9 또는 10.0 내지 10.7로 일정하게 유지시킨다(여기서, 초기 침강온도는 50 내지 90℃로 유지시키며, 침강시간의 25%가 경과하면 점도가 증가한다)], pH를 6이하로 조정한 다음, 일단 실리카 함량이 120g/ℓ 또는 150g/ℓ를 초과하면, 고체를 여과하여 분리하고, 세척한 다음, 건조시켜 분쇄함을 특징으로 하여, BET표면적이 10 내지 130m2/g이고 CTAB표면적이 10 내지 70m2/g이며 평균 입자 직경이 5 내지 20㎖이고 10% 글리세롤 분산액중에서의 Cu마모치가 4 내지 50mg이며 CMC용액(20% 분산액)중에서의 증점 거동이 300 내지 3500mPa.s인 침강 실리카를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 챔버 프레스 또는 막 필터 프레스를 사용하 여과하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 순환 공기 건조기, 뷔트너 건조기, 유동 건조기 또는 이와 유사한 건조기를 사용하여 건조시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 액화 필터 케이크가 분무 건조기 속에서 건조되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필터 케이크가 밀(mill drying)건조되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, pH가 3.5로 조정되며, 실리카 함량이 160 내지 240g/ℓ에 도달하는 방법.
