Abstract

무수, 자유 유동 당 계면 활성 분말을 100~225℃의 온도에서 과열 증기로써(a1) 알킬 및/또는 알케닐 올리고글리코시드 및/또는 (a2) 지방산-N- 알킬폴리히드록시알킬아미드를 함유한 수성 제조물을 처리하고 건조된 생성물을 제거하여 수득한다. 상기 수득된 생성물을 우수한 향 및 맛 특성을 가지며 치약 및 합성비누와 같은 계면 활성제의 생성물에 사용할 수 있다.

Claims (17)

  1. (a1) 알킬 및/또는 알케닐 올리고글리코시드 및/또는 (a2) 지방산-N-알킬 폴리히드록시알킬아미드를 함유한 수성 제조물을 100~225℃의 온도에서 과열증기로써 처리하고 건조된 물질을 제거하는 무수, 자유 유동당 계면 활성제의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)에 상응하는 알킬 및/또는 알케닐 올리고글리코시드를 성분(a1)으로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.;
    R1O-[G]p(Ⅰ)
    (식 중, R1은 6~22개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 알킬 및/또는 알케닐 라디칼이며, G는 5 또는 6개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 당 단위이며, p는 1~10의 숫자이다)
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 하기 일반식(II)에 상응하는 지방산-N-알킬 폴리히드록시알킬아미드를 성분(a2)로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법;
    (식 중, R2CO는 6~22개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 지방족 아실 라디칼이며, R3는 수소, 1~4개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 알킬 또는 히드록시알킬 라디칼 및 [Z]는 3~12개의 탄소원자 및 3~10개의 히드록실기를 함유하는 직쇄 또는 분지된 폴리히드록시알킬 라디칼이다).
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 첨가적으로 음이온 계면 활성제를 함유한 수성 제조물을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)에 상응하는 알킬 및/또는 알케닐 술폰산을 음이온 계면 활성제(성분 b)로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법;
    R4O-SO3X (Ⅳ)
    (식 중, R4는 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 8~22개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 알킬 및/또는 알케닐 라디칼이며, X는 알킬리 금속 및/또는 알칼리 토 금속, 암모늄, 알킬 암모늄, 알카놀암모늄 또는 글루카모늄이다).
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 일반식(IV)에 상응하는 알킬 황산을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법(식 중, R4는 16~18개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 알킬 라디칼이고 X는 나트륨이다).
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 한편으로는 16~18개의 탄소원자 및 다른 한편으로는 12~14개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 알킬 라디칼의 비가 50 : 50~90 : 10 중량부의 범위인 일반식(Ⅳ)를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법(식 중, R4는 C12-18알킬 라디칼이고 X는 나트륨이다).
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분(a) 및 (b)를 40 : 60~99 : 1의 중량비로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 5~70중량%의 고체 함량을 가진 수성 제조물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 건조를 지지체로서 알칼리 금속 및/또는 알칼리 토 금속 실리케이트의 존재에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 또 다른 지지체로서 알칼리 금속 및/또는 알칼리 토 금속 산화물, 황산염, 탄산염, 탄산수소, 인산염, 피로인산염 및 할로겐화물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 무기염을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 또 다른 지지체로서 잘 분산되는 실리카를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 또 다른 지지체로서 알칼리 금속 및/또는 알칼리 토 금속석험의 무기염을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지지체를 생성 분말내에 고체 함량을 기준으로 0.1~50중량%의 양으로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수성 제조물을 120~280℃의 온도에서 과열 증기로써 폐쇄계내로 분무하고, 응축물을 거기에 용해된 불순물과 함께 제거한 다음, 건조시켜 정제된 유용한 물질을 순환계로부터 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  16. 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 건조된 유용한 물질을 분말화 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  17. 계면-활성 배합물의 제조에 관한 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 무수, 자유 유동 당 계면 활성제 분말의 용도.
