Abstract
본 발명은 금속제품에 각종 처리를 한후 입혀진 투명한 코팅층의 간섭효과를 이용하여 다양한 색상을 창출하는 금속제품의 장식용 발색 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 광택을 갖는 금속제품의 표면에 광택 연마, 샌드 블라스팅, 케미칼 에칭, 전해연마 등을 행하여 표면에 각종 처리를 한 후에 물리적 건식 도금법에 의하여 50~1000㎚의 투명한 금속 산화물간섭 박막을 증착하여 다양한 발색이 가능토록 한 것이 특징이다. 또한 금속 산화물 코팅층 밑에 그와 동일한 금속으로 이루어진 금속 박막을 기저층으로 입힘으로써 그 광택과 강도를 증진시킨 것이 특징이다.

Claims (5)
- 여러가지 물리적 건식 도금법에 의해 코팅되는 제품에 있어서, 코팅하고자 하는 금속 표면에 샌드 블라스팅, 화학적 에칭, 전해 연마를 각각 사용하거나 또는 이 네가지를 순차적, 또는 반복적으로 사용하는 표면처리를 한후 코팅층을 입히는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속제품의 장식발색 제조방법 및 그 제품.
- 여러가지 물리적 건식 도금법에 의해 코팅되는 제품에 있어서, 코팅하고자 하는 금속 표면에 3㎛ 이하의 연마제로 광택 연마를 하거나 금속 산화물 박막층 밑에 그 산화물과 동일한 성분의 금속으로 이루어진 금속층을 입힌 후 코팅층을 입히는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속제품의 장식발색 제조방법 및 그 제품.
- 제1항 내지는 제2항에 있어서, 코팅층이 두께 50~1000㎚의 투명박막으로서, 빛의 간섭 효과를 이용하여 장식효과를 내는 것을 특징으로하는 금속제품의 장식발색 제조방법 및 그 제품.
- 제3항에 있어서, 그 제조된 투명박막이 각종 금속의 산화물로서 가시광선 영역에서 50% 이상의 투과도를 나타내는 물질임을 특징으로 하는 금속제품의 장식발색 제조방법 및 그 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제2항에 있어서, 그 코팅하고자 하는 금속 표면이 광택을 갖는 금속 장체이거나 또는 광택을 갖는 가금속이 한층 이상 코팅된 상태로써 양식기, 각종 주방용품, 각종 수지품, 일용품, 장식품에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속제품의 장식발색 제조방법 및 그 제품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
