Abstract

본 발명은 주제는 하기 성분을 함유하는 조성물이다. : -0.1 내지 10㎛, 바람직하게는 0.2 초과 2㎛ 미만의 평균 크기 수성의 에멀션 형태에서 하나 이상의 차폐 또는 차폐되지 않은 폴리이소시아네이트, 및 -10 내지 200㎚의 평균 크기의 2차 수성의 분산액 형태인 하나 이상의 폴리히드록실화 중합체, 이롭게는 하나 이상의 폴리올.
이러한 조성물은, 혼합물에서의 폴리히드록실화 중합체의 양은 R이 폴리히드록실화 중합체, 이롭게는 폴리올 분산액의 평균 크기에 대한 그 에멀션의 평균 크기(d50)의 비와 동일할 때, 하기 두 제한중 하나를 만족시키도록 선택됨을 특징으로 한다. : -중량%로 표시되는 폴리올의 함량은 35~0.75R 이상, 이롭게는 40~0.75R 이상, 바람직하게는 45~0.75R 이상이다. ; -중량%로 표시되는 폴리히드록실화 중합체의 함량은 45~2R, 이롭게는 40~2R, 바람직하게는 35~2R을 초과하지 않는다.

Claims (9)

  1. 하기 성분 : -0.1 내지 10㎛, 바람직하게는 0.2 초과 2㎛ 미만의 평균 크기의 수성 에멀션 형태인 하나 이상의 차폐 또는 차폐되지 않은 폴리이소시아네이트, 및 -10 내지 200㎚의 평균 크기의 수성 분산액 형태인 하나 이상의 폴리히드록실화 중합체, 유리하게는 폴리올을 함유하는 조성물에 있어서, 혼합물에서는 폴리히드록실화 중합체(들)의 양은 R이 폴리히드록실화 중합체, 이롭게는 폴리올 분산액의 평균 크기에 대한 에멀션의 평균 크기(d50)의 비와 동일할 때, 하기 두 제한중 하나를 만족시키도록 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물 : -중량%로 표시되는 폴리히드록실화 중합체(들)의 함량은 35~0.75R 이상, 이롭게는 40~0.75R 이상, 바람직하게는 45~0.75R 이상 이다. ; -중량%로 표시되는 폴리히드록실화 중합체(들)의 함량은 45~2R, 이롭게는 40~2R, 바람직하게는 35~2R을 초과하지 않는다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차폐된 또는 차폐되지 않은 폴리이소시아네이트는 (d90-d10)/d50으로 정의되는 다분산성 지료가 2를 초과하지 않고, 이롭게는 1임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리히드록실화 중합체는 다분산성 지표(Ⅰ=(d90-d10)/d50으로 정의)가 2를 초과하지 않고, 이롭게는 1임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 잠복 또는 잠복되지 않은, 차폐된 이소시아네이트 방출의 하나 이상의 촉매, 특별히 주석 기재 촉매를 더 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물의 수 함량이 조성물 중량의 1/3, 이롭게는 2/5 이상임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리이소시아네이트(들)은 하나 이상의 이소시아누릭 고리를 가지며, 및/또는 비우렛 또는 이량체 형의 하나 이상의 작용기를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리이소시아네이트가 하나 이상의 이소시아네이트 작용기의 질소가 이롭게는 하나, 바람직하게는 두개의 수소원자를 갖는 sp3혼성화로 탄소에 부착된 것으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리이소시아네이트는 페놀, 케톤 옥심 및 특별하게는 메틸 에틸 케톤 옥심 및 다양한 피라졸과 같은 그 자체가 공지된 차폐제로 특별히 차폐된 것으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항에 따른 조성물을 가교 결합함으로 수득될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 도포액.
