Abstract

본 발명의 시클로올레핀 수지 조성물은 시클로올레핀수지(A), 특히 에틸렌/시클로올레핀 랜덤공중합체 60~90중량부 및 수평균분자량이 75,000~500,000인 방향족 비닐/공액디엔블록공중합체 및/또는 그의 수소첨가물(B), 특히 스티렌/부타디엔블록공중합체 및/또는 그의 수소첨가물 10~40중량부로 구성되며, 본 발명의 성형품은 상기 조성물로부터 형성한 것이다. 상기 조성물과 그로부터 형성된 성형품은 충격강도와 방습성이 우수하다.

Claims (5)

  1. (A) (A-1) 에틸렌과 하기식(Ⅰ) 또는 (Ⅱ)으로 표시되는 시클로올레핀의 에틸렌/시클로올레핀 랜덤공중합체, (A-2) 하기식(Ⅰ) 또는 (Ⅱ)으로 표시되는 시클로올레핀의 개환(공)중합체, (A-3) 상기 (A-2)의 수소화물 (A-4) 상기 (A-1), (A-2) 또는 (A-3)의 그라프트변성물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택한 적어도 하나의 시클로올레핀 수지 60~90중량부와, (B) 수평균분자량이 75,000~500,000인 방향족비닐/공액디엔블록공중합체 및/또는 그의 수소첨가물 10~40중량부로 구성된 것이 특징인 시클로올레핀 수지 조성물.
    상기 식에서 n은 0 또는 1, m은 0 또는 양의 정수, q는 0 또는 1, R1~R18, Ra및 Rb각각 독립적으로 수소원자, 할로겐원자 또는 할로겐원자로 치환될 수 있는 탄화수소기를 나타내며, R15~R18이 상호결합하여 이중결합을 가질수도 있는 단환 또는 다환을 형성할 수도 있고, 또한 R15과 R16의 조합 또는 R17과 R18의 조합이 알킬리덴기를 형성할 수도 있다.
    상기 식에서, p와 q는 0 또는 1 이상의 정수, m과 n 각각은 0, 1, 또는 2, R1~R19는 각각 독립적으로 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 할로겐원자로 치환될 수 있는 탄화수소가 또는 할로겐원자로 치환될 수 있는 알콕시기를 나타내며, R9또는 R10이 결합한 탄소원자와 R13또는 R11이 결합한 탄소원자가 서로 직접 또는 탄소원자수가 1~3인 알킬렌기를 거쳐 결합할 수 있고, 또한 n=m=0일 때 R15와 R12의 조합 또는 R15와 R19의 조합이 서로 결합하여 방향족단환 또는 방향족다환을 형성할 수 있다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방향족비닐/공액디엔블록공중합체 및/또는 그의 수소첨가물(B)이 스티렌-에틸렌/프로필렌-스티렌블록공중합체 또는 스티렌-에틸렌/부텐-스티렌블록공중합체인 것이 특징인 시클로올레핀 수지 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 비닐/공액디엔블록공중합체 및/또는 그의 수소첨가물(B)은 수평균분자량이 90,000~200,000인 것이 특징인 시클로올레핀 수지 조성물.
  4. 제1~3 중 어느 한 항에 의한 조성물로부터 형성된 것이 특징인 성형품.
  5. 제1항의 시클로올레핀 수지(A) 60~90중량부와 수평균분자량이 50,000~500,000인 방향족 비닐/공액디엔블록공중합체 및/또는 그의 수소첨가물(B) 10~40중량부로 된 시클로올레핀 수지 조성물을 프레스성형하여 얻은 성형품.
