Claims (8)
- 동합금의 용탕(1)을 보유하는 도가니(2)와 상기 도가니를 수용하고 기밀하게 접속되는 덮개(3) 및 실본체(4)를 도가니실(5)과 기밀한 개폐가 가능하도록 상기 덮개(3)에 형성된 급탕구(6)와 상기 덮개(3)를 관통하고 상기 도가니(2)의 저부로부터 위로 세운 파이프형 스토크(7)와 이 스토크(7)의 상단부에 배치되고 금속주형(8)에 접속가능한 조인트(9)와 상기 도가니실(5)로 압력을 가하는 가압관(10)과 도가니실(5)로부터의 공기를 배기하는 배기관(11)을 구비하는 저압력 주조장치에 있어서, 상기 도가니(2)의 외주에, 도가니를 감은 코일(12)과 그 외주의 원주방향에 여러개 설치한 계철(13)로 되는 유도가열장치(14)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 저압력 주조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 도가니(2)는 흑연도가니로 구성되고, 상기 코일(12)은 상기 도가니(2)의 상부부근으로 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저압력 주조장치.
- 제 1 항에 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 조인트(9)는 상기 금속주형(8)에 대응하는 경사면부(9a)를 가진 금속으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 저압력 주조장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 조인트(9)는 그 하면에 배치된 조인트플랜지(9b)와 이 조인트플랜지(9b) 하부에 배치된 목부(9c)를 구비하고, 상기 덮개(3)는 상기 목부(9c)를 구비하고, 상기 덮개(3)는 상기 목부(9c)에 대해 직경방향으로 간격을 갖는 구멍(3a)과 상기 조인트플랜지(9b)에 대해 습동가능한 덮개플랜지(3b)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저압력 주조장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 덮개(3) 하면의 상기 도가니(2)의 내경의 영역에, 상기 스토크(7)가 존재하지 않는 영역에, 상기 용탕(1)의 최상면부근에 돌출부(17)가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저압력 주조장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 여러개의 계철(13)의 원주방향의 공간에 공간충진제(18)가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저압력 주조장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 가압관(10)과 배기관(11)은 상호 별개로서 상기 덮개(3)와 상기 실본체(4)에 각각 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저압력 주조장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 도가니실(5)은 수평이동장치(20) 및 경동장치(30)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저압력 주조장치.
