Claims (6)
- 압축을 위한 압축기구인 내부 및 외부원추회전체(1,2)를 압축효율을 높이기 위하여 토출측방향으로 갈수록 단면적이 작아지는 원추형으로 형성하여, 흡입구(10)와 토출구(11)를 갖는 축수부재(6)에 의해 지지토록 하여, 내부원추회전체(1)는 외부원추회전체(2)내에 편심되어 회전할 수 있도록 수용하며 ; 상기 내부원추회전체(1)에는 그 외주면에 토출구(11)방향으로 점차 피치가 작아지도록 끼움홈(5)을 형성하여, 상기 끼움홈(5)에 탄성재질의 블레이드(13)가 외부원추회전체(2)의 내벽면에 밀착되면서 내부원추회전체(1)의 직경방향으로 진퇴되도록 끼워지며 ; 상기 내부원추회전체(1)와 외부원추회전체(2)를 동기 회전시키는 구동수단(M)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내부원추회전체(1)의 외연에는 구동핀을 고정하고, 외부원추회전체(2)의 내벽에는 걸림홈(4)을 형성하여, 상호 끼움되어 회전을 전달토록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내부원추회전체(1)에 형성되는 끼움홈(5)을 내부원추회전체(1)의 축(7)과 직각이 되도록 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내부원추회전체(1)의 축(7)의 일단에는 풀리(21)를 축착하여 연결하여(22)에 의하여 별도의 구동수단으로부터 동력을 전달받아 내부원추회전체(1)를 회전시켜 구동핀(3)과 걸림홈(4)에 의해 외부원추회전체(2)를 동기 회전할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압력기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내부원추회전체(1)의 축(7)을 연정하여 일측에 마련된 별도의 구동수단(M)에 연결되어 내부원추회전체(1)를 구동토록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압축기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 내부원추회전체(1)의 끼움홈(5)에 끼워지는 블레이드(13)의 상면은 외부원추회전체(2)의 내벽면과 접촉의 용이성을 위하여 외부원추회전체(2)와 동일한 경사각을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압축기.
