a video presentation time stamp register(100) for storing video display time value extracted from a demultiplexer(60); an audio presentation time stamp register(110) for storing audio playing time value extracted from the demultiplexer(60); a video time interval generator(140) for generating a pulse at every frame interval provided by the demultiplexer(60) to generate a strobe signal; an audio time interval generator(150) for generating a pulse at every frame interval provided by the demultiplexer(60) to generate a strobe signal; and video and audio decoders(160,170) for docoding video and audio signal according to the pulse supplied from the generators(140,150) to output video and audio frames.
