Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 폴리프로필렌 100중량부, 및 230℃, 하중 2.16kg/cm2의 조건하에서 측정한 멜트인덱스가 25g/10분 이상의 수소첨가 스티렌-부타디엔 또는 스티렌-이소프렌블록공중합체 에라스토머 20~100중량부로 이루어진 수지조성물을 성형하고, 그 성형품의 표면에 유기용제에 의한 에칭처리, 플라즈마처리 또는 화염처리를 행하지 않고 직접 도료를 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장성형품의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조성물의 전체 중량기준에서 2~35중량%의 필러를 더욱 함유하는 수지조성물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장성형품의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 성형품의 표면에 프라이머층을 형성한 후 도료를 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장성형품의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수소첨가 스티렌-부타디엔 또는 스티렌-이소프렌블록공중합체 에라스토머의 스티렌함유량이 10~40 wt%인 것을 특징으로하는 도장성형품의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌이 호모폴리프로필렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 도장성형품의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 호모폴리프로필렌이 일부 전부 에틸렌-프로필렌블록공중합체로 치환되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장성형품의 제조방법.
