Claims (5)
- 다음 일반식(I), (II) 및 (III)의 반복단위로 구성되는 방향족 코폴리에스테르.상기 식에서, X, Y 및 Z는 서로 같거나 다른 것으로서 각각 수소, 염소, 브롬, 페닐기, 탄소 원자수가 1내지 4인 알킬 또는 알콕시기를 나타내고, i,j와 k는 각각 1 내지 4의 정수로서 치환기의 수를 나타낸다.
- 방향족 코폴리에스테르를 제조하는데 있어서, 다음 일반식(Ia)로 표시되는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트와 다음 일반식(IIa)로 표시되는 테레프탈산 유도체와 다음 일반식(Ⅲa)으로 표시되는 4, 4'-비페닐비스(4-아세톡시 벤조에이트) 유도체를 촉매 또는 무촉매하에서 혼합시키고, 이 혼합물을 260∼300℃ 온도에서 30분 내지 4시간 동안 반응시킨후, 320∼340℃의 온도 및 0.05∼0.5토르의 진공상태에서 다시 l0분 내지 3시간 동안 반응시켜서 제조항을 특징으로 하는 방향족 코폴리에스테르의 제조방법.상기식들 중에서, X, Y, Z 및 i, j, k는 각각 상기 청구범위 제1항에 정의한 바와 같고, n은 중합단위를나타낸다.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 일반식(IIa)로 표시되는 테레프탈산 유도체에 대해 상기 일반식(Ⅲa)로 표시되는 4,4'-비페닐비스(4-아세톡시 벤조에이트) 유도체의 몰비를 0.7 내지 1.5로 사용되고, 또한 상기 일반식(Ia)로 표시되는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트는 중합에 사용되는 단량체들의 전체몰수에 대해서 0.05∼0.5몰로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방향족 폴리에스테르의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 코폴리에스테르에 초산무수물은 상기 일반식(Ia),(IIa) 및 (Ⅲa)으로 표시되는 단량체들의 전체 사용량에 대하여 0.01∼0.5중량%로 첨가 사용하여서 제조함을 특징으로 하는 방향족 코폴리에스테르의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 촉매로는 포타시움 아세테이트(Potassium acetate)를 사용하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방향족 코폴리에스테르의 제조방법.
