The mass ratio of TCHDE to surfactant is below 1:7. TCHDE is used as antibacterial active agent. TCHDE has broad antibacterial spectrum to gram negative or positive bacteria. 호주 특허 제459, 343호에 사용한 항균성분인 클로로 헥시딘과 TCHDE의 피부에 대한 자극성을 조사하기 위하여 다음과 같은 실험을 행하였다. 상기 두성분을 0.05% 용액을 제조하고 핀 챔버(Finn chamber)(NORGESPLASTER A/S, NORWAY)의 페이퍼 디스크(Paper disc)에 10㎕씩 흡수시켜, 피검자(18명)팔의 하박부에 48시간 부착시켰다. 핀 챔버(Finn chamber)를 제거하고 수세하여 2시간 후, 피부의 발적(redness)를 조사하였다.In order to investigate the skin irritation of the antimicrobial components chlorohexidine and TCHDE used in Australian Patent No. 459, 343, the following experiment was conducted.
